My mini split stopped blowing cold air so I put in a request for quote on Yelp, got about five replies. Four of them sounded shady as hell, some of them not responding to my questions, not wanting to repair my system because profit margins were too low, or requesting absurd amounts of money upfront, but Cold Cloud Mechanical was super responsive and able to send someone out at no cost the day of. The technician, Alex, was super knowledgeable, noticing issues with my system and explained what fix he recommended, all that for free, meaning I could have taken the info and looked for someone else to do the repair. But the quoted price was super fair so I went with it and the repair was done by the next morning while I was at work. I'm really happy I decided to work with them, the craftsmanship was great and I'm pretty sure other companies would have charged me much more for less.

Alex did analysis starting from the blower to the conductor. In the beginning he suspect it was the issue with signal wire, but then later he thought about it's probably with the conductor. After replacing the conductor, the compressor returned to work.
