COLD CLOUD is run by the people who actually show up at your door, not a dispatch line reading from a script. Four licensed techs, one warehouse on Wilson Ave, and nobody here stopped working with their hands when the company grew.
Between the four of us we cover installs, repairs, and refrigeration work across Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena and the rest of the LA area — heat pumps, split systems, mini splits, walk-in coolers, you name it. Every job starts with a proper Manual J load calculation instead of a square-footage guess, and every truck carries someone who's licensed to sign off on what gets installed. We're a Daikin PRO Partner and a CSLB C-20 contractor (#1131338), insured and bonded, and we've been doing this long enough to know that the install matters more than the brand on the unit. If your system's acting up or you're planning a replacement, one of us will be the one who picks up the phone.
