Permits and rebates for a new heater
In the City of Los Angeles, this work needs a mechanical permit from the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) and must meet Title 24. We handle the permit and the inspection.
Homes with SoCalGas service may qualify for a rebate on a qualifying high-efficiency gas furnace. If you switch to a heat pump instead, homes served by LADWP may qualify for an LADWP heat pump rebate. Rebates depend on your utility and your home, and programs change during the year.
