FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

It helps, but it's not a hard requirement for entry-level technician roles. We have EPA 608 certified technicians on staff and support the certification process as part of onboarding. For senior service tech roles, EPA 608 is expected.
Field roles require you to be in the LA area — Glendale and surrounding communities. Relocation support is evaluated case-by-case for senior hires. The PR & Community role has a partial remote option. Reach out and we can discuss your situation directly.
All field techs get a fully stocked company vehicle, standard diagnostic instruments, and access to our 3D scanning and Manual J load calculation tools. We use genuine OEM parts stocked in the van — no hunting for supplies between calls.
It's hybrid. Some work — local events, job site visits for content, partner meetings — works best in-person in the LA area. Day-to-day content, social management, and PR can be done remotely. We're flexible with scheduling.
