Community & PR Coordinator

Hiring: Community & PR Coordinator (Part-Time/Intern) — Glendale Project

We’re launching a new Glendale-based community project focused on helping homeowners discover older, inefficient HVAC systems and improve home comfort.

We’re looking for a local, energetic person who can help us connect with Glendale residents, community organizations, local businesses, media and partners.

What you’ll do:

• Connect with local businesses, groups and organizations

• Reach out to local media and community partners

• Help organize local activities and outreach

• Create simple social media content (photos, videos, stories)

• Communicate with homeowners and project participants

• Represent the project in the Glendale community

Who we’re looking for:

• Located in or near Glendale

• Friendly, positive and comfortable talking to people

• Strong communication skills

• Interested in marketing, PR, communications, or community building

• Comfortable using social media

• Organized and responsible

• Students and recent graduates are welcome

No HVAC experience required — we’re looking for someone who understands people, stories and community.

Details:

Part-time: 10–20 hours/week

Compensation: $20/hour + performance bonuses

Opportunity to grow into a larger Marketing & Communications role.
