Mike joined COLD CLOUD straight out of an apprenticeship in the San Fernando Valley and has been on service calls ever since — mostly repair and maintenance work across Burbank, Glendale, and Pasadena. He's the guy homeowners get on a Tuesday morning when the AC quits right before a heatwave: quick diagnostics, no upsell, parts on the truck instead of a second visit. Off the clock he's rebuilding a '78 Ford truck, which probably explains why he doesn't mind crawling into a tight attic to chase down a bad capacitor.
