John's been running install crews for COLD CLOUD since the company's second year. He came out of a HVAC/R program in Bakersfield and spent his first few seasons on commercial refrigeration before switching to residential — says a walk-in freezer taught him more about airflow than any classroom did. He handles the trickier retrofits: older Glendale bungalows with no attic access, additions where the ductwork has to snake through a closet.
